Complete refurbishment and re-engineering of a high-pressure triplex pumping unit, with a total overhaul of the engine, pump, and transmission. New DNV 2.7-1 compliant skid, ATEX adaptation for classified zones, and CE-PED certification for offshore applications.

Koomey Unit and Pressure Control for geothermal project

Supply of Koomey Unit and Pressure Control Equipment, including large-sized Quick Test Subs and Crossovers (13 5/8″ and 12″), for workover and coiled tubing activities on a geothermal well in the Netherlands. The solutions were designed to allow the passage of workover assemblies and jet pumps with an OD up to 9″, ensuring operational continuity, safety, and documentation compliant with project requirements, supporting the development of geothermal energy as a renewable source.

Custom chemical formulations for Production Enhancement

Joint development and supply of custom-made chemical formulations, in collaboration with the Client, for production enhancement and plant performance optimization applications. The program allowed an improvement in process efficiency and a significant reduction in operating costs.

Supply of 15K PSI Well Control Equipment for a client operating in Turkmenistan. The equipment was prepared, tested, and certified in accordance with the operator’s technical requirements for use in a field characterized by complex operating conditions. The technical support provided during alignment and scope definition meetings was crucial for the correct configuration of the solutions.

Coflex Hose for Well Testing activities

Supply of Coflex Hose for a well testing project in Turkey.
