The burner boom is designed for both offshore and onshore installations, enabling the extension of crude oil burners and gas flares at a controlled distance from the main facility to ensure safe and efficient flaring of produced hydrocarbons. For onshore applications, the burner boom can be mounted using a king post support structure, allowing secure and stable positioning.
The burner assembly comprises three dual-stage atomizing heads, specifically engineered to ensure complete and smokeless combustion of hydrocarbon fluids. Each burner head is equipped with annular water-ring nozzles to enhance atomization and reduce visible emissions.
The system is fully rated for H₂S (sour gas) service, in compliance with industry standards governing corrosive and hazardous environments.
