The ISOVAC 20’ (22 Bar) is a T75 UN portable cryogenic ISO tank fully approved for road, rail, and sea transport, ensuring seamless intermodal logistics across global supply chains. Designed and manufactured in accordance with ASME VIII Division 1, and compliant with RID/ADR, IMDG, ISO 1496-3, and CSC requirements, the unit is suitable for both onshore and offshore applications. Engineered for the safe storage and transportation of liquid nitrogen (LIN), liquid oxygen (LOX), liquid argon (LAR), and liquid carbon dioxide (LCO₂), the ISOVAC 20’ offers a nominal capacity of 19,309 litres and a maximum allowable working pressure of 22 bar.
The tank is pressure- strengthened and incorporates internal baffles for enhanced stability during transport. The unit features a high-performance multi-layer insulation (MLI) system with high vacuum technology, minimizing heat ingress and reducing product boil-off to maintain maximum operational efficiency. Vacuum levels are maintained at <10 microns warm and <1 micron cold, ensuring optimal thermal performance. Designed for demanding industrial and offshore environments, the ISOVAC 20’ is stacking approved for up to nine units high, having successfully undergone structural testing to a stacking load of 86,400 kg per corner, maximizing storage and transport efficiency. Comprehensive instrumentation and safety systems including telemetric 4–20 mA gauge output, dual relief protection, diverter valve configuration, and enhanced vent line positioning ensure safe, compliant, and reliable operation throughout its service life.
