Our high-pressure hose fleet just grew again. A new shipment of Black Eagle units has arrived at our facility, already tested and certified, and ready to be mobilized on upcoming projects. The new units join an already substantial spread of Black Eagle and Coflex assemblies in our operational inventory.
The new additions cover both standard service applications, with working pressures up to 15,000 psi, and sour service (H2S) operations up to 10,000 psi. This combination allows us to support a wide range of operational scenarios: high-pressure cementing, well intervention and stimulation, acidizing, mud circulation, and water and gas injection including operations in sour gas environments where material compatibility is critical.
Black Eagle hoses carry DNV Type Approval and meet API 7K and API 17J standards two of the most demanding qualifications for high-pressure flexible assemblies in oil & gas service. The construction features a methanol-washed polyamide inner tube, multiple layers of high-strength steel wire reinforcement, and the proprietary ColorGard™ dual-layer cover, which provides a visual early-warning indicator for jacket abrasion before reinforcement integrity is compromised a small but meaningful contribution to safer field operations.
The investment reflects our continued commitment to maintaining a fleet that meets the most demanding international standards. By keeping our equipment qualified, current, and ready for immediate mobilization, we ensure operational readiness across our key markets from domestic operations to international assignments
